Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products efficiently
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols (-10°F to 45°F environments)
- Perform inventory audits and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety standards in all tasks
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas daily per food safety guidelines
- Document temperature logs and quality control reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
