Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature controls in -10°F storage environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient inventory management
- Inspect and organize frozen goods according to FIFO protocols
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards in all operations
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable products
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail in temperature-sensitive environments
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for overnight shifts
