Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records in cold storage environments (32-45°F)
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict HACCP and food safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks on perishable goods
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards in all tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
