Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated and freezer units using digital monitoring systems
- Inspect and organize inventory with precision, ensuring FIFO rotation protocols
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Sanitize equipment and facilities using food-grade cleaning solutions
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs in digital management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in sub-zero environments
