Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems for inventory movement
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety compliance checks
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive goods using provided specialized equipment
- Document inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA cold storage regulations
- Participate in deep-cleaning and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in 0°F to 40°F environments
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Background check and drug screening required
