- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated units
- Load/unload products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct inventory audits and stock rotation
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols
- Operate temperature monitoring systems
- Perform routine equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document storage activities accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (training provided)
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and safety compliance
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
