Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Safely load/unload palletized goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Operate temperature monitoring equipment and document readings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
