Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to organize inventory efficiently
- Inspect and sanitize equipment following HACCP protocols
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Comply with OSHA and FDA safety standards daily
- Coordinate with warehouse team for seamless loading/unloading operations
- Document temperature logs and equipment maintenance records
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (up to 4 hours/shift)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Forklift certification (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed
