Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Load/unload shipments with proper FIFO rotation methods
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of all storage areas per HACCP standards
- Document inventory counts and temperature logs accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (we provide training)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta facility
