Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and maintain product quality during storage and handling
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to FIFO protocols
- Monitor temperature logs and equipment functionality
- Follow OSHA and HACCP safety standards strictly
- Contribute to inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Team player with reliable transportation
