Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products safely
- Conduct inventory counts using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold environments
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive shipments with precision
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (evenings/weekends)
