Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) using digital monitoring systems
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory audits and stock rotation using WMS technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all daily operations
- Operate automated palletizing systems and conveyance equipment
- Conduct routine sanitation of storage areas and equipment
- Document temperature logs and inventory movements in compliance systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
