Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and temperature control protocols
- Load/unload shipments while maintaining proper stacking and rotation procedures
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
