Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Inspect and organize cold storage products according to FIFO protocols
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards in all tasks
- Perform routine sanitation and temperature monitoring duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in 35-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 or Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 rotating shift schedule
