Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload shipments using proper lifting techniques
- Inventory management and stock rotation systems
- Sanitize equipment and work areas per FDA guidelines
- Document temperature logs and safety compliance records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
