Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in -10°C to 4°C zones
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols and HACCP compliance standards
- Monitor warehouse conditions and report temperature/humidity irregularities
- Perform inventory audits using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company-provided training)
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper equipment assistance
