Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (provided by company)
- Maintain optimal temperature zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks
- Conduct daily safety inspections of assigned equipment
- Inventory management using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA cold storage protocols
- Document temperature logs and inventory movements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to operate company-provided forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior cold storage experience required
