Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled storage facilities (-10°F to 40°F) using provided specialized equipment
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using powered pallet jacks and forklifts (equipment provided)
- Monitor inventory levels and product rotation using warehouse management systems
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and HACCP compliance protocols
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team to optimize storage efficiency and order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training (equipment provided)
- Strong attention to detail and food safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
