Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and temperature-controlled forklifts
- Maintain optimal cold storage conditions (0°F to 40°F) through precise monitoring systems
- Inventory management using RF scanning technology in frozen environments
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance protocols for food safety
- Perform quality control checks on perishable goods in climate-controlled zones
- Safely handle frozen products using provided thermal protective equipment
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures with provided insulated gear
- Basic warehouse inventory management experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete company training
- Strong attention to detail in temperature-sensitive environments
- Physical stamina for standing 8+ hours in cold conditions
