Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with temperature-sensitive goods
- Monitor and document inventory in warehouse management systems
- Sanitize and maintain storage equipment per FDA guidelines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols for cold storage operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold conditions
