Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones using provided monitoring equipment
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigerated transport vehicles (full training provided)
- Inspect and sanitize storage facilities using industrial cleaning equipment
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive goods with hydraulic lifts and conveyor systems
- Document inventory using digital scanners and warehouse management software
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols with provided PPE
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (thermal gear provided)
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation training
- Valid driver's license for company vehicle operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided mechanical aids
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends
