Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature controls in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for product movement and stacking
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality compliance and documentation
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas using provided industrial cleaning tools
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and OSHA safety standards
- Utilize provided thermal gear (coats, gloves, boots) for all cold zone tasks
- Participate in inventory audits using our digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to 4500 Industrial Park Drive
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with provided lifting equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Commitment to safety protocols with all provided PPE
