Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and temperature monitoring equipment
- Load/unload perishable goods using provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in sub-zero environments
- Perform inventory checks and stock rotation in cold storage zones
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas following food safety standards
- Document temperature logs and inventory reports accurately
- Collaborate with logistics team for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Basic math and inventory documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- No cold storage experience required – training provided
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (we offer certification)
