Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and temperature-monitoring equipment
- Safely load/unload perishable goods using provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain strict inventory control and stock rotation protocols
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards in cold environments
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Document temperature logs and inventory records accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures (0-40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- No cold storage experience necessary – full training provided!
