Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (equipment provided)
- Monitor and maintain inventory in cold storage facilities (-10°F to 35°F zones)
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols (HACCP standards)
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize warehouse storage
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Attention to detail in temperature-sensitive operations
- Teamwork orientation in fast-paced logistics environment
