Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated forklifts and pallet jacks (equipment provided)
- Maintain optimal temperatures in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas following HACCP standards
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products efficiently
- Monitor inventory using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures consistently
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs
