Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and temperature-controlled equipment (provided)
- Manage inventory rotation and FIFO protocols in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Conduct daily safety inspections of refrigeration units and pallet jacks
- Load/unload shipments using powered industrial equipment (provided)
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with quality control teams on product integrity checks
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Knowledge of food safety regulations a plus
- Reliable transportation to 7am-5pm shifts
- Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail
