Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity in refrigerated zones
- Inspect, sort, and store perishable goods according to safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment
- Conduct routine inventory audits and stock rotation
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety regulations
- Complete digital documentation of inventory movements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in 32°F environments
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license (for facility transport duties)
