Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer units
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality compliance
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in cold environments
- Follow HACCP and safety protocols strictly
- Manage inventory rotation and stock rotation systems
- Document temperature logs and warehouse activities
- Collaborate with team on loading/unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (0°F to -20°F)
- Basic warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability during weekday daytime hours
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
