Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks
- Inspect and organize inventory in cold storage areas
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Complete inventory reports and quality checks
- Maintain clean and sanitized work environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F - 0°F)
- Basic warehouse equipment operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability (weekends, nights, early mornings)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Food handling certification a plus
