Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated warehouses
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move frozen food products safely
- Conduct inventory counts using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols for cold environments
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining product integrity
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
