Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory safely
- Inspect and record product quality upon receipt and storage
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members on inventory rotation and organization
- Complete daily documentation and reporting tasks accurately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging 0°F to 40°F
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including morning/evening shifts
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
