Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for inventory movement
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
- Adhere to strict HACCP and food safety protocols
- Manage inventory tracking systems
- Collaborate with team on loading/unloading operations
- Conduct routine equipment inspections
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 32°F to -10°F environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Flexible availability (mornings, afternoons, or evenings)
