Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated and frozen storage zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-controlled shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts in cold environments
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA protocols for food safety and workplace safety
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
