Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in -10°F to 40°F zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to HACCP standards
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
- Complete accurate inventory tracking and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines for cold environments
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Basic math skills for inventory and temperature monitoring
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
