Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct routine inventory audits and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all procedures
- Operate and sanitize cold storage equipment (conveyors, coolers)
- Document temperature logs and quality control reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
