Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature zones (-10°F to 40°F) using digital monitoring systems
- Organize and rotate inventory using FIFO methods to prevent spoilage
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient product movement
- Conduct daily sanitation protocols and facility cleanliness checks
- Document inventory levels and report discrepancies via warehouse management software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shipping/receiving deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (4-8 hour shifts)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
