Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer units
- Inspect, load, and unload temperature-sensitive products with precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in cold environments
- Conduct routine inventory audits and update warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of product movement and temperature logs
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
