Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move/organize refrigerated products in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Perform inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold storage facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in refrigerated zones
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
