Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient inventory movement
- Inspect and record equipment performance daily
- Implement strict safety protocols for cold storage environments
- Perform inventory audits using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless product flow
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly

- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
