Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 32°F)
- Inspect and maintain refrigeration equipment per HACCP standards
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products (food, pharmaceuticals)
- Conduct inventory counts using WMS systems
- Enforce safety protocols including PPE usage
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and inventory skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility for rotating shifts including nights/weekends
