Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient inventory movement
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and stock rotation protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing perishables
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards rigorously
- Document inventory logs using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift facility
