Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage equipment and monitor temperature controls
- Inspect and palletize perishable goods with precision
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32-40°F (0-4°C) environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
