Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory counts and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (certification provided)
- Monitor warehouse equipment performance and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to 7am/3pm/11pm shifts
- No felony convictions (required for food safety compliance)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
