Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move food products safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP standards)
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining proper rotation of perishable goods
- Complete daily sanitation and facility maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team to meet daily operational targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (4-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends required)
