Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated warehouses
- Inspect and organize perishable goods (produce, dairy, frozen foods)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to HACCP and food safety protocols
- Complete inventory counts using RF scanners
- Sanitize equipment and work areas daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (4-8 hour shifts)
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Willingness to work nights/weekends (flexible scheduling)
- No prior cold storage experience required
