Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer zones (0°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move perishable goods safely
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Sanitize equipment and workspaces following food safety guidelines
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
