Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain proper FIFO rotation
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in cold storage zones
- Monitor and record temperature/humidity levels hourly
- Inspect products for quality compliance before storage
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols
- Sanitize equipment and facility surfaces daily
- Assist with inventory audits using RF scanners
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (4+ hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid state ID and clean background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to 4567 Industrial Park Blvd
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- No prior cold storage experience necessary
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
