Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect, sort, and package perishable goods according to safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP protocols for food safety
- Perform sanitation duties including cleaning equipment and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to 451 Summer Street
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
