Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-controlled products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct routine inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Adhere to strict HACCP and sanitation protocols for food safety
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-45°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided on hire)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
